The Talent Partner initially reached out to me via LinkedIn regarding this opportunity. Following our scheduled phone interview, I received no further updates. After two weeks of silence, I sent a follow-up text which also went unanswered. This lack of communication has resulted in a negative experience during the exploration phase.
