Received an email 2 days later saying I didn't get the job as there were other applicants better suited to the role.

How will you experience help you to provide good customer service?
Very straightforward, standard interview questions. The interviewing manager was friendly and I was comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend applying to work at next, although I did not recieve an offer.
