Good process. Tour of the building and then introduction video as to what the company does etc. Listened to an example customer call. One to one interview. Then proceeded on to the navigation assessment which was fairly simple. Overall, it was a positive process.
Professional yet warm and calm. Manager was nice and wanted to get to know me as a person. Sounds like it would be a lovely job and location to work at.
