NEXT interview questions

I applied online for three positions that were going at my local store and within a week of the closing date I got an email stating that I had been shortlisted for all three. Also within this time I was called for a telephone interview which they warned me about a couple of days in advance. It consisted of four questions which I have listed below. I was then called again to say I was successful and that I was invited to a team assessment. This lasted an hour and my forms of identification were taken. All I had to do was spend 20 minutes on the fitting room and 20 minutes in women's wear. I had to smile, take customers into the fitting room, greet customers in and out of the store, say hello to customers and approach and ask if they needed any help. If they did ask me a question always say I will go and find out for you as a recruitment person will be near you to help with this. Hardly anyone came in whilst I was there, but always look busy (even if you are just moving tops so that they are in size order) and make sure you don't miss a customer as a leader comes and checks on you. It was very laid back and I wasn't being watch all the time. After this I was given a £10 voucher and £10 note for my time and they said they would ring me within a week to let me know how I had done. They called and said I was successful and I accepted the job. I then went to a three hour induction and my shift starts in two weeks.
