interview process was really relaxed and easy, questions were never too hard to answer, the interviewer was pleasant and easy going, I felt quite at ease and confident that I would get a job offer, there were not a lot of questions, about 6 maximum. Overall an easy and pleasant interview.

Once submitted application, difficult to get a call back if successful, however one store did call which was great news! Lovely lady conducted a phone interview where the process sped up and I was successful into getting to the customer service assessment stage. Split into different sections on the shop floor, management observed our customer service interaction at front door, changing rooms, shoes and general womens clothing area.
The only negative comment is they offered two of us candidates (out of 4) the job, however one on a lower contract to the one offered.
