Interview
Applied online through the NEXT website filling out basic details and such, no CV or cover letter was required. I received an email a few days later saying I had been shortlisted and received a call not too long after. Interviewed over the phone and immediately told I was successful and they would email me with details of the induction.
Applied online and completed an online test basically just like a comprehension about next then a few questions on it. Got a call about a week later inviting me to shop floor assessment. Told to be there for 3pm however nobody came to get us until 3:15 which I thought was slightly unprofessional. Had to walk around asking customers did they need any help and fixing clothes whilst being watched. I found the whole thing extremely boring and knew it wasn't for me. But I did make an effort . I was not offered the job but was offered to do the sales support staff temporarily which I might go for.
