Interview
Had a quick, 10 minute chat, then had a brief 1 hour trial shift where the most important thing they wanted was my willingness to interact with customers and ask them if they needed any help rather than how well I knew the store
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NEXT (Yate, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
There was a brief phone interview and then was asked to come into the store for a trial shift. It was a paired interview in the style of a practice shift. I had to man the changing rooms correctly, make sure clothes were hung in correct size order, welcome customers into the store and return items to their correct locations.
