Interview
Applied online. Online assessment was quite a long process, had to do situational, numeracy and attributes/skills questions. After passing this, I got a random phone call and had a 10 min phone interview (wasn’t prepared at all) but somehow passed this then was invited into store for a team assessment/trial shift. We were taken around the store and in each section we were given a task to complete for example, in the delivery section we had to get the order no and then look for it as quickly as we can in the stockroom and in the home section, we were given a scenario of her wanting to buy a sofa and we had to choose the best sofa for her and explain why. After 4/5 tasks we went back to staff room, signed a couple things and was offered the job and also given a £10 gift card.
