I went to the store and waited for a manager who then showed me around the store and told me to come an induction day the following day. I had to wait about 30 minutes for the manager to show up

Interview
Apply online, then had a telephone interview, this consisted of simple questions about yourself, if you passed this, you then got asked in for a face to face interview, however this was more of a trial shift, they put you in the store and observe how you act with customers etc

Interview
Applied online, had previously worked at a different Next store, was phoned within a few days for a phone interview and invited to a group interview the following week. The group interview had 8 people, 7 of us were hired, we went through heath and safety training videos, were shown around the store, and had to find an outfit in store for ourselves or someone else and explain to everyone why we chose it, we also had to approach customers and ask if they were getting on okay.
