Interview
I had my interview on the phone, it was quick and the employee I was talking to was extremely kind! My advice would be to sound confident and know the background of the company
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NEXT (Londres, Inglaterra) in Sep 2019
Interview
I had a call back within a day of doing the online test, where I was asked a few general questions about my response to certain scenarios. I was then invited to an interview in store which was within a week of the initial phone call. This was a group interview and consisted of a general tour and expectations of the role. We were challenged to pick out an outfit for different occasions & invited to speak with the store managers. Very easy and pleasant & both of us were hired on the spot.
