Fairly simple, easy going with the staff. There was a phone interview first and then onto an induction in-store, where they follow you around as you interact with customers etc.

Interview
Personality and numerical test online completed. Within two weeks you get informed if you passed.
Followed by a telephone Informal interview then Called in for a 121 and walk through of the store.
You get given a £10 voucher for attending, wether you get offered the job or not.
