NEXT interview questions

What customer service experience do you have? What is it about next that you like? How do you think the pandemic has effected retail and customer interactions?

Unfortunately its difficult to articulate as much of the questioning was in a relaxed format which flowed very much more like a conversation than a quick fire round of questions. That said, I was asked to show my understanding of the field which I applied for and to provide some in-depth knowledge and this was largely produced by way of interview preparation of the areas most likely to be challenged on.
