simple process with a time on the shop floor to see how you work. Interview questions are pretty straight forward, it is more about getting to know you as a person
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NEXT (Rotherham, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
Very easy process due to large turnover of staff, workers and team managers changing all the time. They only tell you the benefits of working for next, you don't find out All the negatives until you've started working there. Interview was one to one with a team manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you work weekends and Bank Holidays, do you smoke.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NEXT
Interview
A quick, informal 10 minute phone interview with someone from the recruitment team, at the end of the call I was then invited for an assessment interview.
The assessment interview lasted around 30 minutes and involved walking around the shop floor assisting customers, tidying up etc. I also had to choose an outfit for a hypothetical customer and explain why I had chosen those items. I was told I had got the job at the end of the interview.
