A few different stages in the overall job application such as: Online application, interview and in store assessment. The interview was pretty relaxed and wasn't too bad! I would say just be yourself and be honest!
Short group interview with basic customer service questions and then observation working on sales floor interacting with customers. After was a one to one interview with feedback on how you performed with customers during the observation .
