Had to do a 1 hour trial on shop floor with no guidance. They respond well to you asking for help when necessary, tidying up/recovery displays and being friendly to customers during this time.

Question 1
Did not necessarily have an interview. The trial on the shop floor was the focal point of the recruitment process after the online form.
Apply online and then invited for a interview. If this is for a senior position you may be interviewed by an area manager and a store manager or a member of the learning and development team. They may get you to a presentation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NEXT (Leicester, Inglaterra) in Oct 2021
Interview
Casual. James and Gary were very patient with me and allowed me to explain my answers/queries fully, which always helps when being interviewed. I was asked about previous experiences which would help me flourish in my new role at Next.
