You get a telephone interview if you pass the online questions. The questions they ask are why do you want to work for us? What can you bring to the role? Give me an example of a time you faced a difficult situation?
The questions are literally the generic ones .
If you pass the interview, you get invited to come in and try your hand in a working environment. My advice is to ask customers if they need any assistance and to recover shop floor l.
