The interview was done with multiple other candidates present at the same time however individuals were interviewed separately. Very standard interview questions for retail job. Quick response provided after obtaining the job.

Really quick and swift, spoke about a lot of what would take place and how to be a customer service assistant. Enjoyed the interview. I would say, they did expand more as I went through another stage.

A simple and quick process. Initial phone "interview" was more of a friendly chat, then invited to in store interview. This was also very relaxed and casual, mostly for the employer to gauge whether you're a good fit for a customer facing roll.
