Fast, very organised and got an offer on the spot. Probably high turnover helped them better their interviewing process. I has to fill in informations on a tablet, watch a video about life at next and then the interviewer took me for the questions part of the interview. Very friendly, and received a goodie bag at the end

Interview
1st stage video interview went very well they were really impressed.
2nd stage in-person had to travel for 4 hours to reach there from my place but they insisted on that.
In my opinion, the second interview also went well for a trainee role but got rejected as I told explicitly about my expectation regarding the visa provisions.
