It was very informal and seemed unprepared, asked abstract questions, did not seem relevant to the actual job. Do not need qualifications to work on shop floor, especially for such an average brand
Easy process, standard. 1 to 1 interview with brief shop floor tasks. Basic questions such as: Why would you be a good fit for the role? What makes you stand out from other candidates?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NEXT (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
Very simple - a quick chat with a slightly senior member of staff, then a few minutes working on the shop floor. The whole process was done within 20 minutes.
