NEXT Web/Graphic Designer interview questions

A group presentation consisting of an exercise where u had to work as a team and rank items in order of importance. Scenario was a plane crash on a deserted island. The staff take a seat and write down whilst this goes on. Afterwards each person goes off and has a separate interview which was about reflecting on the team exercise and going through the CV.
