Interview
I had to walk around on the shop floor asking customers if they needed help. I also tidied the shop floor where I could but my store was quite quiet. I took initiative by helping at the tills.

Question 1
There were no questions per se, my performance was just reviewed.
It was very basic, just a informal telephone call asking general questions about myself and then when I needed to come into the store for an assessment which was just putting away some clothes
Good, interviewer was friendly and courteous. Very transparent throughout the process, did take a while to get back to me but I think there were quite a numerous amount of candidates.
Very straightforward, standard interview questions. The interviewing manager was friendly and I was comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend applying to work at next, although I did not recieve an offer.
