Then telephone interview with basic questions and then a face to face interview with more detailed questions around the role. Once this has been complete you recieve a phone call on how you got on. Unsuccessful candidates still get notified with feedback

Phone interview, which was fairly straightforward. Invited in to the shop to complete next part of the interview. Asked to pick and style an outfit to go to an event. Also asked to go around shop and greet customers
