Telephone interview to find out shifts and give personal information followed by video interview which goes more in depth asking question about what you think the role entails. There are a couple of videos to watch before the interview
Process involves an application online and selecting which hours you wish to work, if you are successful you are offered an interview and a start date to which you then confirm, then an email is sent with the contractual hours on offer

Had a phone call prior to the interview to see if I was still attending. Interviewer explained all the details of requirements for the role and was very warm and welcoming
