Great process, friendly staff and well organised. Particularly liked that they knew how to approach a potential new employee and ensured that they’re welcomed properly. Felt at ease throughout the process
An aptitude test, followed by a phone interview. The process took around 2 weeks. The aptitude test had a few parts and I heard back very soon after. A couple of weeks later I had the phone interview.
Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
