Applied through an agency, I was hired within the day. No questions were asked, I brought the necessary documents to the agency and completed a couple of application forms. After completing the application forms required, I was given a badge, high vis jacket and safety boots and a starting date

it was not difficulty. The interview was pretty easy. Its in a day. You wil get to select the time that is convenient for you. But they want people living close to the area.

Interview was compitent based questions for a new store, initially started off for a shop floor roll, christmas temp. Asked about experience, just basic interview questions. Nothing to complicated, they want to know that you can follow instructions, have good customer service, potentially checking on my listening skills and also knowing you can think on your feet.

Explain to us abotu a time you was dealing with a tricky customer
I had a face to face interview at one of their warehouses. Firstly, me and the other candidates were taken into a room to complete a very basic maths and english test. Afterwards, we were called out one by one into interview rooms wherein the interviewer asked me general questions. I was offered a job on the spot.
