Filled in the online form, then received a text message some days later asking me to come in for an assessment. The assessment took place on the shop floor: I was asked to make up an outfit, talk with customers (so they could gauge my confidence in interaction), and then be by the changing rooms. At the end I was brought into the office and offered a job. The whole assessment lasted about an hour.

A phone call and then a group interview, fairly relaxed and had the job role explained to us. It was more like a show around and a chat rather than a serious interview.
