I applied to Next dublin on indeed. I was called a few days later and had an interview over the phone. After that the manger invited me in for an on job assesment with lasted about 10 minutes. I was asked to walk the store and interact with customers. I was offered the job after the assessment
Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
