NEXT Delivery Assistant interview questions

Online application, phone call within 2 weeks, I had a really nice lady who asked simple questions such as ‘how would your friends describe you?’ And ‘what would you say are your strengths and weaknesses?’

Filled in application online and got a phone call asking if I was available for a phone interview. I did it straight away and was asked a few basic questions but she was mostly just describing the role and telling me a bit about next. Then she said she would call me back if I got the position.
