I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NEXT (Leicester, Inglaterra) in Jun 2016
Interview
I received an email couple of days after I applied online. The online tests were fairly easy. I then received a call about a telephone interview, I requested to rearrange this so I could prepare. I rang them back when I was ready, I was asked general qs about my availability. The interview qs were different to what I was expecting.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NEXT (Leicester, Inglaterra) in May 2015
Interview
Filled out an online application that didn't require a CV, and was invited to a group interview a few days later. First they showed everyone a template of how to talk to a customer, then split us into 3 groups (about 8 people per group). Our group was given tests for Maths and English, then we had informal conversations with one of the supervisors. Finally, we had to call a customer and tell them there delivery would be late and offer to take off delivery charges as compensation.

The questions were open, closed, situational, behavioral. Good structure of questions, every question was about position specification and qualities required for it nothing more than that. The best interviewer in my life.
