NEC Corporation Senior Software Engineer interview questions

A NECTI employee approached me on LinkedIn and set up an interview. The first round was a technical interview where it was clear that the interviewer did not even bother going through my resume. After radio silence of over 3 weeks, they suddenly come back one day and request a time slot for a second interview. The second interviewer came off as across very rude and impatient. Though I received a request for my documents from HR, I turned it down because I do not wish to work with such rude people.

I had attended 2 rounds of interview both are technical. First-round: asked about opps concepts and c++ questions from basics. Second round : interviewer ask questions one by one but he doesn't give proper time to answering the questions even I feel he didn't listen the answers. He was in very hurry to take interview. I don't understand why they waste others time if they don't have time to take interview.
