HR contacted me for a face to face interview few days after I have submitted my resume. During the interview, it was interviewed by a Project Manager and a HR Manager. Throughout the interview, I introduced myself and shared my knowledge from my past experience and they review my experience to deem if I'm suitable for this role.

What's the biggest challenge among all the projects that you worked on?
It’s quite fair and transparent.
Be on time and raise all queries that you have at interview itself. Rest the process is same like any other IT company interview. Also the company offers various employee benefits.

Interview
No technical assessment given. Mostly very generic and brief which can be an indicator and red flag as to what type of management you will be dealing with. Depending on how you see it, it can be good and bad. However if you are looking for someone to challenge your thought process or even mentoring with logical thoughts, it does not exist.
Easy and quick through call on zoom HR and hiring manager as well as team members were present It was an easy process for a contract role Not much questions were asked
