NCR Corporation interview questions

First ,second and third interview was by phone lating about 30 min each and spread over 2 months. Fourth interview was finally with an actual person that asked the same questions as the 3 other phone inteviews. That interview lasted about 30 minutes. I sent my follow up a day later and never heard anything back. Now, 4 MONTHS LATER, i received an email saying they are pursueing other candidates. This is a terrible intervewing process that shows how they are not interested in quality employees. After learning how they do business, i would never work for them. BEWARE

Received a phone call 40 minutes late from the hiring manager.
