I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NCR Corporation (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interviews consisted of 3 rounds by one hour. Every time I was meeting middle-management executives who were interested in my business acumen rather than giving cases or something of this kind. Hence, from my perspective, the interviews suited well to a sales position and gave me more than enough opportunities to express myself and ask all of the questions I had. At the same time, they were really interested whether am fully aware of the job scope and whether I see myself in the company in the future. HR lady I met was surprisingly very well prepared and aware of all of the aspects of the business- which counts for me as a very positive thing about the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NCR Corporation
Interview
A few phone calls, 1:1 interviews back to back at the office. Standard questions were asked. Didn't leave me any time to ask the hiring manager anything. The phone screens were low pressure.

How do you handle stress? Or difficult situations? What makes you the right fit? How do you get along with other people under stress? Do you need to be micromanaged?
I applied online. I interviewed at NCR Corporation (Tampa, FL) in Mar 2018
Interview
Not the most coordinated process. Took 2 months from start to finish. All the corp process slowed it down. I only had one real interview. The other conversations took place with HR over seas.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NCR Corporation
Interview
Seemed totally old school. First I talked to a recruiter who sent me a link to a personality assessment and a math skills test. Really???? I didn't expect the math skills portion of the assessment and actually got interrupted by another call while I was doing it and it timed out. I haven't don't those kind of word problems since my GMAT. Seems like a quite ridiculous way to screen people. I then talked to the hiring manager who was kind of arrogant and blunt. I didn't get the impression that he would carry on the process. I also didn't get the impression that the company has any interest at all in helping to increase the number of women in technology sales. All in all, this just didn't feel like a place I'd want to work.
