Interview
It was fairly straight-forward. You need to speak English well, and show you can act properly in a work place. High language proficiency is the most important part, so try to focus on that. Having the skill to represent and market yourself better is key to every succesful interview. Back when I worked, the interview had 3-4 stages, with the first and second being pure language tests and the last being a meeting with your manager.

Question 1
There was an English test which seems to be the hardest thing for most. In the verbal section, you get to describe your day, your dream career - and they key is to keep talking. With the managers, you need to be able to introduce yourself properly and concisely. Age, name, education, overall experience, hobby, skills + whatever you think is valuable to add

Interviewed with 4 people over 2 hrs then another lady of foreign background for less than 15 mins... After everyone else saying I would be asked to come on she made it very obvious she did like me for whatever reason. Within 30 mins of leaving was called on the drive home that I wasn't getting the job.
