first round technical interview where 4 people were there having expertise in manual, automation, api testing and data base testing. Interview was very tough as per my experience (3 years)

1. Tell me about yourself 2.Mostly they ask questions from your project and automation framework. 3. They will deep dive into your project expertise and ask twisting question. 4. In JD they mentioned they need API tester but in interview they asked me all types of questions from API, DATABASE, WEB testing 5. Overall very tough interview

Virtual experience in 2020 was very bad for me I lost opportunity .but the interview was quite good resume based interview.Java related questions mainly Oops concepts.
And some of the questions on projects I have done, certification and DBMS queries related.

Interview
It was weekend drive and there was 1 round of technical interview followed by Manager interview. I was asked to report at 12p.m. In Technical round you are asked questions based on your resume/profile and some real time on the spot questions.
Most of the people had single technical round and if selected, there was Managerial round.
I had 1st technical interview and was asked to wait. Then they asked me to go for 2nd round of technical interview. Everybody else thought I was selected as I was the only one called twice for technical rounds. 😅
Then after a long wait, nearly around 5p.m I had managerial round and all went well. They wanted to hire for same profile I had been working but I said I wanted change and explore other domains as well.

Make sure you know what you write in your resume and do homework of the required skillset.
In my case it was more on POS, Reports, what is quality assurance and quality control, bug life cycle and other simple questions.
Only problem was I was not informed by their team about my rejection and reason for it. I had to contact the HR myself to know my status.
