Interview over teams with two engineers. Very friendly and fairly informal. Asked lots of questions about manufacturing, materials and piece part costs. Lots of questions on examples of type of work you have done etc

20 minute telephone interview followed by on site competancy (relevant work experience) review. From memory the onsite interview was a bit chaotic moved from one room to another and 3 interuptions during the interview
