A HR contacted me for an on-site interview. I paid for the flight and hotel on my own. No difficult questions asked, mainly to see if the personality fit the team. Never got a response from either the hiring manager or the recruiter. Even an official letter would make me feel respected
Smooth and clear interviewer was friendly and helpful wasnt tough at all very simple questions and people were kind and supportive. Company was cozy and reachable. Didnt require formal dress code.

Interview
Pretty easy, they ask the basics for a financial analyst position and are pretty straight forward with what they want. Not a difficult process to navigate through. Ideal to go over basics in financials and previous experience.

Describe how handled a disagreement with your colleagues.
It was asking basic technical questions involving things on your resume. They also asked behavioral questions describing how you would act being put in different situations and scenarios. Overall, it was a good process.
