Interview
Interview process was good, I applied throught consultancy it took about a week time.
1. hackerRank coding challenger 75min covering basic objective and two programming at home.
a. String manipulation
b. Linkedlist deleing even or odd node.
2. Again HackerRank programming challenge 75min at there permisses
a. objective type
b. string manipulation
c. algorithm sorting based problem
d. Webservices programming
3. Face to Face interview, this is where i had concern, first of all the panel looks very less experience and getting confussed with his question which is bad.
Started asking basic overridding, overloading which the panel itself confussed. The answer which i gave was correct which i validated before writing the review but they did not accept it. similarly going threads and other advance java, all in all the panel was in experience and letting them to take interview for 10+ exp which is not fair. on top of it not knowing the answer of question which they asking is worst part.
Not sure how they judge candidate when they don't the answer or justifying the answer.
Note:- Panel has only one person.

Interview
No response ever. Applied for job on workday. Worst experience on workday. I think they filter older candidates. Resume doesn’t parse correctly. No response for the application. They might be using AI.
The interview was a run of the mill interview. There was a session with leetcode style coding questions. There were also quite a few informal technical discussions with the interviewing manager. Overall a pleasant experience.

Interview
Got the call from the recruiter for my application & L1 was scheduled with an Architect. I requested interviewer to share his video & he agreed.
Then he asked me a few questions in next 1 hr & during that I also had some internet issue but he accepted that patiently.
And I was not the kind of person he was looking for.

1. create getSecondLastIndexOf(char ch) method in String class, if no second last then return -1.
2. Implement a few apis, to add an ATM in the system, to increment the count of visitors in the ATM. An api to return the ATM ID having highest visitors in the given hour.
