Smooth until compensation talks. Was presented an offer and I countered but never heard back. Four months later I received an email they were going in a different direction. I think it’s safe to say we both made the right choice.

Three rounds of interview. First, with recruiter within, 2nd is with direct supervisor and technical. The Final is with the Department head and manager, extremely technical. Once these steps are completed, they will review your qualification get back to you.
