Interview
English knowledge interview and then two on site interviews, one with the outsourcing company which is just a formality since they don't really ask any questions, they just give you general information about the position, and one with the potential team lead. No hard questions, everything is pretty basic. I think they are looking more for a culture fit than anything else. In the newer interviews there is usually one member of the team there too to help the team lead judge the potential employee.

Interview
The interview went smooth (2 interviews), I was asked basic HR questions. Somehow they didn't even test my French although I was hired for a French speaking position. Got an offer 30 minutes after the final face to face interview.
3 stages of the interview. The first stage is an English test. Then you have an interview with one of their agencies called Trizma. The last phase is your direct interview with the future employer.
