I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
Easy-peasy! I had the phone interview and was absolutely anxious at first. They asked me simple and straight forward questions to get a feel of who I am, not so much HR/corporate interview questions.
We were casually talking most of the time and discussing things within our field. I was told I would get a call in a few days to see if I'm moving forward to an in-person interview. But then, I get called back in 30 minutes to tell me to come meet them in a few days! I met three people from the department, and they were all so great and friendly; no further questions were asked, we were just... talking. I didn't feel so intimidated or nervous when I met them. It was so casual and easy, I was preparing myself for the hardest question but it never hit. I had a great feeling after leaving them but still was confused whether I got it or not because my initial plan was to impress them in every direction with my savvy answers but it wasn't necessary.
Academic Year & Summer Internships both in Media Tech/Peacock. Resume submission, HireVue with 2 tries with basic questions. Recruiter matched to teams, usually interviewed by a hiring manager. Mostly behavioral. Received Academic Year & Summer Offer in separate cycles, invited back for subsequent Academic Year.
pretty easy and standard interview. They asked on average easy questions about my career and why i would be a good fit for the company. super nice and easy to talk to
I applied online. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
HireVue format asking why NBCUniversal and why I want to work there, along with the necessary skills I have. Some teams have different questions. They asked me to explain a project of mine.
