It's very typical process. They went through what the division does and ask what you can contribute to the division and show your work.

Questions focused on my portfolio, design process, collaboration, and experience working on deadlines. Overall the process was professional and straightforward.

They women I talked with was so nice! I got called back almost immediately to come in for the in-person interview. The interview went well, but was not the type of work I was looking for.
