I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Studio City, CA) in Apr 2012
Interview
My older brother's colleagues had a contract position in their new releases marketing department and passed my resume along to upper management, who contacted me for an interview. I was inverviewed by two people simulatenously, which they noted was the first step before interviewing with VPs and higher ups. Turns out the position I thought I was referred to was not the exact position they were interviewing for, so there was a bit of initial confusion during the process. I did, however, make it clear that I was interested in both of the positions, as they liked what was on my resume. I followed up several times with both interviewers weeks following, but failed to hear back at all. The interview itself was brief, with an overview of the position/responsibilities, and general questions about me and my career aspirations.

Application
I applied online. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I had 3 interviews: one with HR, one with the VP and future manager, and then one with the team. The interview was very easy - they didn't ask me many questions maybe only 2-3 and then they asked me if I had any questions. The questions were very generic like "how do you stay organized" and "how do you make sure you meet a deadline" stuff like that.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Feb 2023
Interview
I interviewed with the president of that department and the vice president in a second interview. the first one was pretty casual and was asked some questions but the second interview felt like I wasnt given any questions and I basically had to talk about myself as best possible, they didnt seem too enthusiastic. recruityer was responsive but never had any good updates for me, waited 2 months to be told that I was rejected. They take very long.

After my screener, I met with 2 people on the team. My recruiter was great and always responded on time and helped expedite the process since I was interviewing at two places at once.
