NASCAR Managing Director interview questions

The interview process was very long. Interviewed with 11 employees including several VPs, EVPs, CAO, and COO. I was never kept in the loop on status or next steps (even after follow up), and then via a LinkedIn search I find that someone was offered and accepted the role a week prior. I still had not received any notice after all the time invested. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
