The main part of the process came next, as they invited 25 applicants to a full-day sales training/interview session, which included breakout sessions with sales roleplays and individual questions. They notified approx. 10 people that they would be considered for the job, and sent everyone a DISC assessment. After filling it out, they notified approx. 5 people that they'd be offered the job.
