NASA interview questions

2 different phone interviews with the same manager. She asked questions in the STAR format. She asked for very specific details, wanted to know formal results and timelines to my answers.

HR first ranked the applicants and referred the top ranked applicants to the hiring manager. Then hiring manager decided who to call (not all the referred candidate will get call). After the phone interview, the hiring manager will decide which candidate will get invitation for onsite interview.
