Over Microsoft Teams due to Covid. I was given 5 questions to answer over a 20 minute period. It seemed like they were looking for essay style responses to the questions.

What strategies are important in contract negotiation?
Easy, but the rigor of the interview depends on the team, project, and funding. My experience may have been an outlier. The standard format, nothing technical. However, it is important to be confident.
