Interview
I had two interviews. The first was a panel with 4 interviewers. They asked questions about my experience and why I though I was a good fit despite not having worked in a role like this one before (I was previously a software developer, this role was more similar to architect/DevOps/project management). They each took turns asking questions, and by the end of the interview I personally felt like I was perceived as not having enough experience and did not think that I would get another interview. I did get invited back though, and the second interview was a discussion with just the hiring manager. The night before the interview, she have me two real-world scenarios to talk through that would give a glimpse to how I would handle the different roles of the job. The whole process took a very long time. I followed up every week after the second interview for 6 weeks before I received an offer.

Our apps are built on old technology, but we want to be able to share our data across the organization. Currently, we use technologies X, Y, and Z. How would you suggest that we migrate our architecture to align with our organizational goals while making sure it is not too big of a lift.
How would you handle the following project management scenario (I won't give the full detail of the question here, just a snapshot)? We have three projects. Each have different deadlines and priority levels. We have X amount of resources and these are the projects they are currently aligned to. How would you make sure that all of these projects are delivered and communicate their progress to stakeholders?
Behavioral and problem-based questions were asked. The interview was in-person and took about 45 minutes to complete. I never heard back after the interview process was completed, even after following up with the interviewer

Very good interview process, usually 1 interview round for internships. Manager was very friendly, thorough, and communicative. 30 Minute interview but we talked for a bit more since we carried a good conversation. After application, they reached out within a month, then set up an interview, the next week, was called to inform me that I had been selected for this position.
