• Apply Online via USAJOBS (you will select 3 locations you're interested in working at, your application WILL NOT be sent to any centers outside of your 3 selections)
• Complete Multiple Situational Assessments (they are testing how you will respond in certain workplace situations).
• Once the application portion is passed you'll get an email stating you're still being considered and you are being forwarded for consideration to the hiring managers at the locations you have applied
• If the hiring managers like your packet they will schedule a video interview
• After all interviews are complete they will email you their decision

Question 1
There were no technical questions asked which I was surprised about. All questions were based on experiences (both professional and general). They asked about 8 "Tell me about a time when..." type questions and they wanted answers in the STAR format.
Just a 30-60 minute discussion with your future mentor or mentors discussing your background and the projects you will potentially be working on during the semester. Just general behavioral questions as well.
