I applied through my university due to a contract they had. I applied directly to the interviewer who was later my boss. After I got an email to schedule an interview. On the day of the Interview, I got normal, behavioral type questions as well as some technical questions about data structures.

Is it better to be perfect and late or close enough and on time?
Bro they put in a teams call with 3 other teams that I didn't apply to without warning and they ALL asked me questions. They legit read my resume in that exact moment, a lot of them had no idea the interview was happening until they got the teams invite.

Interview
One technical interview for 30 minutes, with roughly 10 minutes of self introduction. The mentors explained their projects in more detail during the interview and were interested in how I would solve the current challenges they have.
